Reporting a problem with a tool
Tell us which tool you used, your browser and device (for example “Chrome on Windows 11” or “Safari on iPhone”), the settings you chose and what went wrong: an error message, a file that came out the wrong way round, colors that changed or a size that wasn’t reached. The file type and its dimensions help too.
Please don’t attach your images. PixWrench processes files on your device precisely so that nobody else needs to see them, including us. A description is almost always enough. If a specific file triggers the problem and you’re happy to share it, we’ll ask first and delete it once the issue is fixed.
Corrections
If a guide or tool page says something that’s out of date or wrong, tell us which page and what you think should change, ideally with a link to an official source. We check corrections against primary sources and log them in the changelog.
